How do I invite my family members?

From the Home screen, tap the invite icon or go to Settings → Family Nest → Invite Family. You can share an invite link via text message, email, or any messaging app. Family members download SeniorNest and use your link to join your nest for free.

Is SeniorNest free for my family members?

Yes. Only one person in the family needs a subscription — everyone else joins and uses SeniorNest completely free. There are no hidden fees for family members.

How do I send a message or photo?

Tap the message bubble icon at the bottom of the screen to go to the Send screen. You can type a message, take or upload a photo, record a voice message, or record a short video. Tap Send when you're ready.

What is the "I'm Good" button?

The "I'm Good" button lets your family know you're doing well with just one tap — no typing required. It sends a quick wellness check-in to your family nest so loved ones feel connected and reassured.

How do I save a memory or favorite a message?

Tap the bookmark icon on any message to save it. You can save it to Favorites (for quick access) or to Memories (for your permanent keepsake collection). Find all saved items under the Memories tab.

How do I add emergency contacts?

Go to your Profile tab and tap Emergency Contacts. You can add names and phone numbers for up to several contacts. This information is private and only visible to you.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that same sign-in method — no password is needed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To cancel, go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → SeniorNest → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, email us at support@seniornestapp.com with the subject line "Delete My Account." We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Is my information private and secure?

Yes. Your content is only visible to the family members in your nest. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
